We're adding a new route to our Saturday ride rotation - Anaheim Hills will replace Lake Forest! This ride includes a climb up the picturesque East Canyon Rim past Walnut Canyon Reservoir. Come join us this Saturday, March 7th on this new route! |

This month there is also a change to the Santiago Canyon route. Silverado Canyon Road (pictured right) will now be an optional part of the ride, giving you the choice of a 55 mile ride or 45. Silverado is a beautiful climb into the Santa Ana Mountains of approximately 1,000 feet over 5.2 miles (ave. 3% gradient). At the gated entrance to Cleveland National Forest you'll turnaround and begin the descent back to Santiago Canyon. |

New Procedure for Saturday Morning Rides: Starting this Saturday, March 7th, ALL riders must check in with a shop associate at the register. This is so that we can account for everyone on the ride!
Stay tuned for additional routes to be announced in the mid-March newsletter! |

Cycling is fun, but it can also be challenging and hard on the body. Even with the best intention, your body will still have its inevitable knots and tightness. My goal is to help your body feel better - to always perform at an optimum level. I want to make sure that those knots and tightness will not develop into something more serious...
